Learn how the greatest animation artists gave life to ground-breaking characters like Lucky Luke, Asterix, Le Petit Spirou and The Smurfs!
From the writing to the finished product, not forgetting storyboards, sketches and celluloids, this interactive visit offers an immersive look into the fascinating craft of traditional animation in all its stages.


Children and adults alike will be able to enjoy animations and various activities such as becoming an animator and drawing on vintage-inspired tables, or even playing on retro video-game consoles!
Share a relaxing family moment by watching your favorite animated films as part of our partnership with Télé-Québec, which celebrates the Ciné-Cadeau 35th anniversary this year.

Opening hours


Open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm
Museum closed on December 25 and 26 (museum opens at 1 pm on December 26, 2017) and January 1, 10, 11 and 12, 2018.
Please note: ticket office closes one hour before the museum


Admission


Applicable rates are: free for children under 6; children 6 to 12: 16$; youth and student: 18$; adult: 22$; senior (65 and up): 20,50$; families (2 children-2 adults or 3 children-1 adult): 59,75$ plus tax.
