DISCOVER WAX CHARACTERS OF THE MANY HISTORICAL FIGURES THAT MARKED NEW FRANCE AT GRÉVIN MONTRÉAL
Jacques Cartier is considered the first European to have discovered Canada in 1534. He was a French navigator, explorer and writer, and his maps provided great detail of the Gulf of St. Lawrence as represented on the globe. He is the first European to describe and name these waters, their shores and their inhabitants. He used the Iroquois name for the territory he visited and called it "Canada."
Louis de Buade, Comte de Frontenac, was a French soldier and administrator. King Louis XIV twice named him Governor General of New France, and he developed the colony and defended it against English attacks, especially during the Battle of Québec in 1690.
Jeanne Mance was a pioneer in New France. She co-founded Montréal with Paul de Chomedey de Maisonneuve by erecting the Hôtel-Dieu, the city’s very first hospital. She continued to manage it until her death in 1673.
Samuel de Champlain was the founder of Québec City. He was a great French navigator, cartographer, soldier, explorer, geographer, commander and author of travel stories. His determination to establish a French colony in North America earned him the nickname "The Father of New France."

Really great as a visit! For people who do not know Quebec stars this is still interesting because it allows you to discover the local culture. There is even a historical section which is really great! I love the wax hand activity. It's a super interesting and fun experience. We can choose the shape and color we want. The statues are really similar and you can see the work behind it (details of wrinkles, hair, hair, hand lines etc ...)
I recommend 😊

Nice visit and lots of fun. We didn't have much wait but were pleasantly surprised. If you allow yourself to embark on this tour by letting yourself go and play the game, you will have fun. The first part of the museum is really good with successful staging. Most of the wax statues are very successful. The wide choice of years and characters represented make this visit as pleasant for adults as children. Our visit lasted around 1 hour. To save a few dollars book and buy your tickets online

A museum to visit, the characters are very well made.
The backstage at the end shows us how the characters are made. I felt like I was with them.
An experience that I recommend to the whole family at a reasonable cost!
