Born on September 13th, 1956
A native of France, Alain Ducasse is one of the most famous chefs of his generation. He manages restaurants around the world, three of which have been awarded the three-star Michelin Holy Grail. He is also a consultant for the Groupe Alain Ducasse hospitality-industry empire. Transferring skills is very important to Ducasse and he is passionate about training future generations. With this goal in mind he opened a school to make fine cuisine cooking accessible to all.
