Roy Dupuis is an internationally celebrated, theatre, cinema, and TV star, more especially thanks to his interpretation of the mysterious Michael in the television series Nikita. This adaptation of Luc Besson's movie was distributed in 50 countries over a period of five years.
In Canada, Roy is mainly known for his role as the adventurer Ovila Pronovost, in the series Les filles de Caleb. This was one of the greatest Quebec TV successes in the Nineties, and the role played by Roy won over the Quebec public and turned him into a sex symbol.
Today, he is involved in environmental safeguard projects, and is co-president of the Rivers Foundation.
